1. WE CLOSE THE DOOR AT 10PM NO EXCEPTIONS. We are a private venue and we have certain logistics that forces us to do things a certain way. Thank you for understanding.
2. Your ticket will be checked at the door when you arrive. There will also be a coat check. *Only people with tickets are allowed. No sudden +1 and no selling tickets at the door ; nobody gets in without going through the vetting process.
3. Please tell your guest to bring the minimum ; we are a small venue and we do not possess a lot of extra space for your bags and belonging.
4. Bar service : Our professional bartender will be making our signature cocktail and mocktail for you! (Tips is included in the prices). Your guest can pay with our square card reader .
IF APPLICABLE : BYOB : NO RED WINE, unless you bring a spill proof container.
5. Photographer service : Our professional photographer can be part of your event so you can enjoy the moment and leave your phone behind ! If you take pictures or video, please make sure to tag us @babeland.mtl. IMPORTANT * If you are taking pictures, make sure that everyone in the picture consent to it.
6. This is DRUG-FREE space. No smoking / vaping.
7. DRINK RESPONSIBILY - Anyone who cant hold his liquor and is acting inappropriately towards other guest or The Taboo Factory's properties will be ask to leave at any moment without possibility of a refund and might possibly be banned from every event at The Taboo Factory.
8. Uninvited inappropriate physical contact is a MAJOR NO. The Taboo Factory is a safe space and will not tolerate these types of behavior.
9. ZERO tolerance for violence, aggression, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, cattiness, intimidation, violations of consent or any other forms of disrespectful attitudes and/or behavior.
10. Be respectful of the environment, furniture and arts around you. Everything in the cabaret is a unique antique piece that cannot be replaced and/or has a sentimental value. So please be respectful and don't touch any of the art work.
11. In case of breakage, stain (be careful with heavy makeup), rip or damage an object or furniture, please report the accident to the owner immediately. Be honest.
12. Inside shoes : Please respect the space regarding the weather.
Inside sexy shoes: Please note that the floors are made of antiquated wood. When wearing thin heels, please be mindful of the floor cracks to not hurt yourself.
13. Pole Dancing : Please be mindful when using the pole to not wear anything that could damage the pole like: buckles, rings, necklace or anything that could scratch the metal. No lotions, lube or hand/body cream, oil or anything that could leave a residue and make it a danger to yourself and others.
14. The Bedroom / Loge des Artistes / Dungeon : In certain events, the bedroom will be open : There is equipment (spanking bench and toys). To play with ANYONE, ask for CONSENT first!
15. In the dungeon ; We do not have a dungeon master so please, if you are intoxicated, be mindful of others and your own activities.
16. NO SEXUAL ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED DURING THE EVENTS.
