The loft is situated in the heart of Hochelaga on the corner of Ontario and D'orleans avenue.

Its 1100 sq/f and it is on the third floor of an old factory. (please note that there isn't an elevator.)

The ceiling is 12' and the living room has three huge windows that make almost the entire wall. The natural light coming from sunrise is exceptional. The loft is divided into three main rooms : the hallway and the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. Which have very different vibe. 

 

The hallway : Under the dark turquoise color with gold accents, a beautiful vinyl carpet of old french black and white marble and his many gold lamps and chandeliers, the hallway definitely sets the tone for the entire place.

 

The living room : The living room is in a vintage old circus vibe. The stage area with amazing velvet curtains and a custom made 2 inch platform is perfect to shoot or film any performance act. We have black 12' curtains and also another pair of red velvet curtains with fringe. The stage is equipped with 4 LED spotlights and the stage itself has LED lights also. We have many beautiful brick walls and the huge windows bring in gorgeous natural light. The vintage furniture makes the entire place look like an old cabaret / speakeazy. We possess a 12’ spinning/static pole and an aerial rigging point that could also be available for your needs. We also have a beautiful leather bar in front of our a luxurious 1920 art deco ''gatsby'' wallpaper

 

The bedroom : The bedroom is in a closed and can be locked area and is protected by a big heavy sliding door. The deep purple color of the walls with the brick wall, with some black accent makes it sensual and mysterious. The leather couch gives a very sexy vibe to the room and the bed has a gorgeous velvet sheet and a unique vintage black metal bed frame. The bedroom also has a vintage makeup station with rounded lights and a big costume closet. 

 

The bathroom : White walls and black floor tiles, the bathroom is under an Asian decoration influence. There is a small bath covered with white subway tiles and huge Victorian black curtains.
